Michael Muskheli

Michael Muskheli practices in the areas of business, employment, construction, and complex civil litigation. He has ten years of experience in defending employers against lawsuits under Title VII, ADA, and FLSA, including class actions. Mr. Muskheli regularly advises his clients on employment law compliance issues, risk management, contract drafting, and best practices for litigation avoidance. He has been involved in numerous mediations and arbitration proceedings, and in lawsuits pending in state and federal courts.
In addition to his area-specific practices, Mr. Muskheli represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, real estate matters, and landlord-tenant litigation.
